This role works closely across multiple teams, requiring strong liaison with housekeeping, property management, marketing and guest relations to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of property & housekeeping coordination — managing schedules, workflows and daily logistics while acting as a key link between cross-functional teams to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage weekly housekeeping schedules
Coordinate cleaners, property turnovers and daily operations
Liaise across housekeeping, property management, marketing and guest relations teams
Handle last-minute changes, guest extensions and urgent tasks




Use Guesty & Breezeway to assign and track tasks
Be the key contact for team communication and coordination
Oversee linen, supplies, keys and operational logistics
Monitor cleaning quality and action feedback
Support staff onboarding, training and performance
Assist with reports, stock control and admin tasks

About You
Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Hotel Operations or Short-Term Accommodation (essential)
Background in operations, scheduling or coordination
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Confident, proactive and solutions-focused
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
