About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to an NDIS participant in the Seaford area.

This role involves:
Personal care, including showering and toileting support
Providing assistance following seizure episodes (training and support provided where required)
Encouraging independence and community participation
Following individual support plans
Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Caring, respectful and dependable
Passionate about supporting people with disability
Willing to learn and develop their skills
Comfortable providing personal care, or willing to be trained

Experience is welcomed but not essential.

Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Current Victorian Driver Licence
