In this role, you’ll
Support customers over the phone with account and billing enquiries
Manage customer queries, complaints, and account changes
Identify and deliver on sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Provide tailored solutions and recommend products and services that meet customer needs
Take payments and resolve issues with care and efficiency

More about the role
$69,012 base + 12% super (TFR $77,293.44) + discounts & advantages, quarterly bonuses of $500–$1,500
Permanent full-time role (37.5 hours per week), working on a rotating roster 7:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
Paid, onsite training to set you up for success and ongoing coaching and development to help grow your career
