Responsibilities
Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
Prepare and process payment runs, including electronic funds transfers
Assist with end-of-month processes, including account reconciliations and reporting
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and support financial audits
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve invoice or payment queries
Support the wider finance team with general finance administration tasks as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
Experience using Xero or MYOB
Solid organisational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of accounting principles
