Maintenance Coordinator - Civil Engineering Fleet

An excellent opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join a well-established civil engineering business based South of the River.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and has experience coordinating maintenance across a diverse fleet — from heavy diesel machinery through to light vehicles.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the company's fleet remains compliant, well maintained and operational, while working closely with workshop staff, suppliers and operations teams.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinating scheduled servicing and repairs for the fleet
Managing maintenance records, bookings and compliance documentation
Liaising with mechanics, suppliers and internal stakeholders




Monitoring downtime and ensuring vehicles are back in service efficiently
Supporting the day-to-day running of fleet maintenance operations

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a maintenance coordination, fleet, workshop or similar role
Valuable understanding of vehicle and equipment maintenance procedures
Solid IT and administration skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively
Experience within civil, construction, transport or heavy industry will be highly regarded
