The Role:

We have exciting positions available for a customer-focused and outgoing Baristas to represent Industry Beans at our venue in Fitzroy. These roles are a great opportunity for passionate and experienced baristas to further their experience with a specialty coffee roaster.

This role provides the opportunity to benefit from:
Casual employment working across weekdays and weekends
Working with an award-winning specialty coffee roaster with room to grow
Operating a Premium Modbar, state of the art grinders and equipment
Ongoing support and guidance from our Roasting teams and Head of Coffee




The opportunity to attend cuppings, trainings & ongoing coffee education sessions

You will be perfect for this role if you have:
A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality
Exceptional barista skills (Latte art, troubleshooting, altering the grinder etc.)
A robust work ethic with a robust customer focus
Strong ability to work autonomously
A fun and positive demeanour
The ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers
