About the Role:

You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, buffet-style meals that keep our village communities fuelled and satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing bulk catering for Breakfast, Dinner, Crib, Desserts & Pastries
Working collaboratively with Chefs, Kitchen Utilities, and Dining Room teams
Upholding strict Food Safety and hygiene standards
Ensuring catering controls are followed and minimising food wastage
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety,



and infection control in line with Compass Group requirements

Role Requirements:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchen settings
FIFO experience is desirable but not essential
Solid knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations
Understanding of hygienic work practices and HACCP guidelines
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
