The Requirements
FRACGP or FACRRM
Experience with delivering culturally secure primary health care - ideally in ACCHS (Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Care)
Proven leadership and clinical governance capability
Deep understanding of Aboriginal health, trauma-informed practice, and cultural safety
Strong alignment with Aboriginal-led models of care and self-determination
