About the Role
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of cleaning and accommodation services across the site. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, robust attention to detail, and the ability to lead from the front while ensuring compliance with Compass Group standards and Defence contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee cleaning operations across multiple facilities
Conduct room inspections and maintain checklists
Manage contractors and support general administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and equipment use
Work both autonomously and as part of a broader team
Perform physically demanding tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and DCAC site access
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the service industry
Previous experience supervising and leading a team
Solid initiative and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Cleaning Certificate IV (desirable)
Current First Aid Certificate
