Skills & Requirements
Solid knowledge of AV systems, meeting room technologies, and video conferencing solutions.
Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room settings.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, cabling, connectivity troubleshooting).
Exposure to EUC support, device management, and onsite IT operations.
Ability to support non-Windows and non-Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.
Other Responsibilities
Manage and lay electrical and sound cabling for events.
Understand event layouts and venue acoustics to optimize placement.
Provide real-time technical support for presenters and users.
Monitor system performance and makeFB quick adjustments to ensure smooth transitions.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues rapidly (e.g., feedback, connection drops).
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
Manage inventory of portable AV assets.
