The Position
Leading barista and food service operations
Preparing and managing online orders
Stock control, rotation, and ordering
Accurate and efficient POS operation
General cleaning duties to maintain a safe, hygienic workspace
Ensuring compliance with food safety and allergen management requirements




Demonstrating excellent time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
Maintaining the service area to a consistently high standard

The Person
Previous experience in a similar role
A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
Robust knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Hold a Working With Childrens Check
RSA
