As a Food Production Worker at Estia Health, you will help deliver nutritious and enjoyable meals to residents across our aged‑care homes. You’ll work from 10:30AM to 6:30PM or 3:00PM to 7:30PM, and collaborate with a team to ensure every resident’s dietary preferences are met.
Responsibilities
Prep food and beverages according to menu plans.
Maintain a clean kitchen environment, including washing dishes.
Adjust menus and create recent meal options with team members.
Record and audit safety and hygiene checks as part of our Food Safety Program.
Work standing and active throughout most of the shift.
Qualifications
Demonstrated desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Experience working in a kitchen (experience in aged care is an advantage).
Excellent time‑management and planning skills.
Completion of the Basic Food Handling Course.
