About the Role
Perform digital adjusting using field and digital tools
Investigate the cause and extent of loss and determine policy coverage
Communicate proactively with clients and customers about findings and solutions
Calculate repair or replacement costs and review scopes of work
Deliver an exceptional claims experience through teamwork and customer focus
About You
Experience in a corporate support role (insurance experience a plus)
Passionate about customer service and helping others
Quick learner with an interest in technology
Committed to completing a skilled industry qualification (e.g. ANZIIF)
A team player who can also work independently
