The Role: Restaurant Manager
Lead and support a team of up to 20 across FOH and BOH
Drive service, speed and consistency in a high-volume environment
Coach and develop your team through hands-on training and feedback
Build a positive culture where people perform and grow
Step up operationally and help deliver strong results across every shift
What We're Looking For
A natural leader who thrives in high-energy, busy service environments
Open to all backgrounds - You may have a background across casual dining, QSR, retail, restaurants, pubs or hotels
Robust communication skills and a genuine focus on customer experience and team development
