The Position
Contribute cutting-edge menu ideas that highlight fresh, locally inspired ingredients
Work closely with our dedicated team to craft exciting weekly, monthly, and seasonal specials
Help monitor and promote allergen and dietary considerations for our guests’ safety
Be a ‘safety first’ advocate, ensuring you and your team head home in even better shape than when you arrived!

The Person:
Experience in bulk cooking,



whether in a hotel or café setting
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing presentations
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand workplace while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
Adaptable to last-minute requests with a cheerful attitude
Must have reliable transportation
