Due to our continued growth, we’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our fast paced team.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll work closely with experienced agents, gaining hands-on experience in the quick-paced world of real estate. You’ll be involved in every stage of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while developing essential skills to propel your career forward.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and generating leads through database management
Identifying potential sellers and nurturing connections
Attending open homes and liaising with buyers
Assisting in property campaigns and marketing efforts
Supporting the listing process, including inspections, valuations and pest and building reports
Preparing properties for sale and facilitating transactions

What We’re Looking For
Drivers license and reliable car (Absolutely essential)
Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
Customer service experience preferred
Solid communication skills and qualified presentation
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Must be able to work Saturday (it is a five day week with a day off mid week in lieu)
