Contract Details: Full-time; Salary $76,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation; 12 months of experience minimum

PRN SONS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Winmalee, NSW, Australia. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and standards
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety standards
Monitor and control stock levels, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food handling and preparation techniques
Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
Assist with menu planning and costing
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen setting
Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements




Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Chef in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace
Formal culinary training and/or certification is preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid food handling and safety certifications
