Your new role
Support planning and maintenance activities for water network operations, including resource allocation and scheduling Generate and manage maintenance work orders, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting Assist with planning and delivery of capital works, renewals, and water meter projects Analyse asset performance data and maintenance history to support planning and reporting Maintain and update asset management systems and databases Prepare reports for operational and regulatory requirements Provide administrative and reporting support to operational teams,
including rosters and documentation Maintain document control systems and contribute to process improvement initiatives
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience in administrative support within operations, maintenance, or asset management environments
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn asset/maintenance systems (e.g. CMMS)
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a agile environment
Current C Class Driver’s Licence
Experience in asset maintenance or water industry environments (desirable)
