Job Description
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities to support procurement needs.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address supply chain requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
Prepare and present reports on sourcing and contract management activities.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sourcing Specialist should have:




Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the healthcare industry.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in procurement and contract management software.
Attention to detail and robust organisational skills.

Hourly pay ranging from $65 to $70 + super.
