As one of our cooks, you will contribute to Chargrill Charlie's stellar reputation by ensuring product quality and consistency. You will provide support to the Kitchen Manager and lead by example in terms of store maintenance, policy and OH&S; compliance, and will play a significant role in controlling stock levels.
All together, your hard work in this role will help to maximise profitability and ensure the restaurant is exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who is accountable, calm under pressure and passionate about driving the business forward. An understanding of the hospitality industry and previous experience in a rapid-paced kitchen setting would be extremely practical in this role.
Communication with both fellow employees and customers and the ability to work as a team player are also essential as a cook.
