Capricorn is seeking a Risk Services Officer for a 12-month fixed term in Western Australia. You will deliver front-line, phone-based customer service with a solid understanding of our risk products and services.
You will generate certificates of currency, process memberships and endorsements, and manage a high-volume inbox while meeting customer expectations. You will collaborate with the Risk Sales team to proactively resolve issues and improve service.
