THE POSITION
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated & experienced Chef, to play a pivotal role in providing onsite catering to our corporate guests whilst offering an exceptional level of customer service
Showcasing seasonal produce, sustainability, local producers & the latest industry trends
This role will see you creating exceptional dining experiences within the corporate arena, and the opportunity to advance your culinary career.
Help guide and mentor the team to deliver to the highest standards
Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
Comply with OH&S; and food safety guidelines

THE PERSON
Must hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery
Excellent communication and customer service skills




Have experience in a comparable venue environment including multi-venue catering
A proven ability to deliver a range of menus including canapes, plated dinners, buffets, corporate meetings, and themed special events
Comfortable working with and leading a small team to deliver dynamic and creative events to the clients
Thorough knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations, and ability to design and implement new systems and processes
Strong attention and respect for OH&S;, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
