In this full‐time permanent role you will be based at RAAF Base Tindal and work in a structured training and development program. The position offers a payment structure made up of base, superannuation, overtime, penalties and allowances. You will secure key projects ensuring secure and consistent work with a focus on growth.

Working Hours

The role includes day, afternoon and night shifts. Night shifts are primarily during exercise periods (around three months a year) and are 8 hours with a paid 20‐minute break. Typical shifts are:
Day: 6am to 3pm
Afternoon: 3pm to 11pm (20% loading on ordinary hours)
Night: 11pm to 7am (30% loading on ordinary hours)

Duties
Safely operate and manage aviation and/or ground fuel installations in line with compliance requirements.
Monitor and maintain fuel quality through regular sampling and testing.
Ensure fuel quality, compliance,



volume and availability using systems such as JFIMS and SCADA.

Requirements
Valid driver's licence (Health and Safety or Hazardous Chemicals desirable but not essential at entry).
Australian citizenship and ability to pass a police check.
