General Labourer – Workshop & Mine Site Based

Workshop based in Mackay with site work at Hail Creek
Approximately 1 week per month site based

About Our Client

Our Client is a respected provider of specialised mechanical and maintenance services, supporting the mining, resources, and heavy industrial sectors across Queensland.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for general labouring duties supporting both workshop and site-based operations. Your day-to-day tasks whilst onsite will include assisting with pipeline maintenance, changing and servicing valves, and carrying out a range of general labouring activities to support project and maintenance works.

You will work closely with experienced trades and site teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in both workshop and mining environments.

What You Will Need




A current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
A current Glencore Generic Induction (Hail Creek Induction desirable)
A valid Driver’s Licence
White Card in Construction
Ability to pass regular drug & alcohol testing
Ability to work away from home, 1 week of the month
