What You’ll Do
Deliver an exceptional, friendly, and genuine customer experience – every time.
Engage with customers from first contact to handover – building relationships that last.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales, finance, and accessory targets.
Confidently present the Ford range,



highlight key features, and arrange test drives.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using dealership systems.
Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Represent the Hidden Valley Ford brand with pride at every interaction.

What You’ll Bring
At least 1 years proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not essential).
A genuine passion for people, cars, and creating great experiences.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Current NT driver’s license.
