Provide technical leadership for bridge and structural engineering projects, ensuring secure, compliant, cutting-edge, and commercially sound design outcomes. Lead the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects, managing scope, resources, programme, budget, quality, and risk. Build strong client relationships, provide trusted technical advice, and support business development through proposals, tenders, and industry engagement. Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and technical professionals, fostering collaboration, capability growth, and a high-performance culture. Manage project performance, governance, compliance,



and technical and commercial risk to achieve successful project outcomes. Champion safety, sustainability, and resilience principles across project delivery and engineering solutions. What you’ll bring Relevant Civil/Structural engineering qualifications and extensive bridge design and structural engineering experience. Strong knowledge of Australian bridge standards and road authority requirements.CPEng or equivalent professional registration. Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery capability. Commercial, technical, and problem-solving expertise.BIM and digital engineering experience desirable.
