We are supporting a hospitality group (SXW Pty Ltd) based in Darwin that operates across several popular venues, specialising in Aussie-Italian and Aussie-Filipino fusion cuisine. The business is known for it's commitment to handcrafted meals, warm service, and consistent customer satisfaction.
They are currently hiring for the following role: Pastrycook.

The Pastrycook is responsible for baking and decorating pastries, cakes, and desserts that align with our menu and visual presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a range of desserts, tarts, and cakes.
Decorate and plate desserts attractively and consistently.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the pastry section.
Assist in developing and testing current recipes.
Requirements
Certificate III in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
Previous pastry/baking experience in a commercial kitchen.
Creativity, precision, and understanding of HACCP.
