Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for APX Capital clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and get maximum value from our platform.
Workflow Integration & Adoption: Help clients transition smoothly into using our capital solutions, assisting them with day-to-day workflow integration.
Account Health & Retention: Monitor account usage, proactively identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Executive Support: Work hand-in-hand with the Head of APX Capital on administrative, reporting, and operational tasks to support business growth.
