$32.00 / hour + 12% Super + Weekend rates

THE POSITION
Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
Monitor stock and minimize wastage
Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
Parking available on site

THE PERSON
A qualified Chef with Cert 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery
Experience with cooking in bulk quantities




Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
All-rounder experience and able to cook Savoury & sweet desserts
Able to have a valid working with children's check
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
Must be able to work autonomously
Great customer service as this role will be working in an open kitchen
