THE POSITION
Assist the manager in managing the day-to-day operations
Lead a small team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices
End of day settlements

THE PERSON:




Responsible for the day to day running of the café.
Food handling and barista skills essential.
Previous experience in a high volume cafe environment.
Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff.
