The Position:
Prep and cook items from our diverse menus and daily specials, maintaining exceptional standards
Take responsibility for food production and work across all kitchen stations
Build solid relationships with both internal and external customers
Champion allergy awareness and ensure all safety controls are followed
Manage food costs through portion control, waste reduction, and stock control
Ensure safe, high-quality food production while adhering to food safety guidelines

The Person:
Trade qualified Chef




Ability to work within budgets
Previous experience working as a sole chef is essential
A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations
Be motivated by a passion for quality and outstanding service delivery
Solid knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
