Your new role
As the Workplace Coordinator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and serving as the face of the business. Your duties will include meeting room and visitor management, coordinating office facilities and suppliers, managing mail, couriers and deliveries, supporting events, liaising with building management, and assisting with workplace safety and incident response.
You will also provide day-to-day operational support to employees and work closely with the Business Operations team on a variety of ad hoc tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Reception, Workplace Coordinator, Office Coordinator or similar role
A qualified and polished presentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to multitask
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A customer-service mindset with a genuine passion for creating positive workplace experiences
Confidence working independently and using sound judgement when handling issues
