Napier-Quarter in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to complete our small, passionate Kitchen Team by overseeing morning to daytime services.
The successful candidate will work about 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with a focus on morning services, our baking program, and prep support for upcoming services. You will execute recipes and mise en place with precision, and present plates with care.
