$36.82 Per Hour Inclusive of 25% Casual Loading + 12% Super + Penalty rates
Located in Virginia, Brisbane
Casual position on Monday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30am to 1:30pm
Parking provided on site

THE POSITION
Assisting and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation ensuring that the food you offer at the site is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials.
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control.




Ensure the secure production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided.

THE PERSON
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery or 3 years’ experience in a quick paced, high-volume setting
Ability to work within budgets.
Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff.
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
