Are you passionate about coffee, people, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an experienced Full time Supervisor to lead our dynamic and vibrant Barista team within a high-profile technology client workplace.
This is an exciting prospect for a coffee enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. Our users are passionate about great coffee, and you'll play a key role in delivering a premium café experience while leading a talented team of Baristas.
The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with core operating hours generally between 7:00am and 3:00pm, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
THE POSITION
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Baristas across two busy Coffee Bars
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high service standards
Organise rosters as per operational requirements
Foster a positive team culture focused on exceptional customer experiences
Financial reporting, including cash management and stock control
THE PERSON
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing hospitality teams
Proven Barista experience with a genuine passion for coffee and coffee culture
Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
Intermediate computer skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to a agile environment, and inspire team success through strong leadership
Current RSA
As this is a full-time role, Full time Australian Workings rights are mandatory.
