We are searching for a Senior Sous Chef — not just a outstanding chef, but a driven leader ready to step into a senior position with real accountability, influence, and a clear pathway into future leadership within Compass Group.

THE POSITION
Lead and influence a high-volume, premium food operation
Set standards across quality, culture, and performance
Contribute to a dynamic, evolving food program with a global flavour lens
Oversee VIP dining and event execution, including agile menu development
Drive team productivity, structure, and operational efficiency
Act as a trusted 2IC to the Head Chef, supporting leadership and growth




Maintain control across food safety, compliance, and cost performance

THE PERSON
5+ years in a senior culinary leadership role
Background in corporate catering, events, fine dining, or large-scale production
Robust leadership presence — able to drive standards and performance
Highly organised and commercially aware
Confident delivering premium dining and VIP experiences
Solid knowledge of digital HACCP, allergen management, and compliance
A collaborative mindset with the ability to challenge, adapt, and grow
