Nippy's is seeking a reliable and hands-on Fruit Handling & Extraction Cleaner to join the Production team at Regency Park.
An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
This role supports fruit handling, extraction operations, cleaning and sanitation activities, helping to maintain the high quality and food safety standards Nippy's is known for.
About the role
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will support the timely and safe operation of fruit handling, extraction, and production processes.
Depending on operational requirements, the role will be based primarily in the Extraction area or the Production area if required.
Key Responsibilities
Sort, handle and prepare incoming fruit for processing
Operate forklifts and support safe movement of fruit and materials
Operate and monitor machinery used across fruit handling and extraction
Apply mechanical knowledge to assist with basic equipment checks and troubleshooting




Participate in production activities to support daily output and quality requirements
Maintain a clean and organised work area during and at the completion of each shift
Follow food safety, hygiene and quality requirements at all times
Uphold WHS standards and contribute to a secure working environment
Work with the team to identify opportunities to improve production processes
About You
You are reliable, practical and safety-focused, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to be hands-on across production operations.
You are confident working around machinery, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You will also have
Availability to work day and/or night shift as required
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Current High Risk Work Licence, including forklift operation
Forklift rotator experience
Mechanical aptitude or previous experience working with machinery
Ability to work safely and unsupervised when required
Punctual, reliable and committed approach to work
Previous experience in food production, fruit handling or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
Food Safety Certificate will be highly regarded
