This position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no evening or weekend work, providing an excellent work-life balance for administration professionals.
Unlike traditional administration roles, this position plays an important role in supporting healthcare delivery, client relationships and clinic operations.
Our Administrators are key members of a multidisciplinary team, supporting health assessments, coordinating client requirements and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

We are looking for organised, proactive professionals who have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach and a passion for being part of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
You'll work alongside Nurses,
Exercise Scientists / Physiologists and Administration staff, as well as be supported by an experienced Occupational Physician to:
Provide high quality, confidential, administrative service to clients.
Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically.
Liaise with clients/candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
Liaise with clinical staff and health professionals in a professional manner.
Process and complete client/candidate Medical Results in a timely manner.
Maintain client/candidate files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Be actively engaged in the success of the KH business and provide solutions and ideas on different processes.
Ad hoc data entry and administrative duties and supporting the Clinic with the day-to-day operations.

Exceptional attention to detail
Strong focus on delivering a high quality customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage professionally with customers over the phone and email
Strong problem-solving, organisational and time management skills
Great administrative skills
Required experience and qualifications:
Previous medical/clinical experience will be highly regarded
Administrative experience preferred
Experience or knowledge in the medical/occupational health field desirable
