We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Business Analyst to support the delivery of CRM enhancements as part of a large-scale digital transformation program.
Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into effective solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document and prioritise business requirementsFacilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessionsDevelop user stories, functional specifications and process mapsProduce high-quality analysis artefacts and project documentationCollaborate with development teams to support solution deliveryIdentify opportunities for process improvement and CRM optimisationPrepare reports,
