As a Settlement Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial settlement processes while supporting the wider finance team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage daily settlement activities, including customer billing, partner settlements, and supplier reconciliations.
Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.
Prepare settlement reports, reconciliation schedules, and support month-end close activities.
Assist with cost allocation, financial record maintenance, and operational finance tasks.
Analyse settlement data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly finance and settlement reports.
Support internal and external audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and settlement procedures.




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance processes and operational efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in accounting, settlements, reconciliations, or finance operations.
Experience within logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or a related industry will be highly regarded.
Solid Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
Excellent attention to detail with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
CPA or CA studies (completed or in progress) will be highly regarded.
Mandarin language skills are advantageous, but not essential.
