Our team provide services for engineering, manufacturing, and technical support, all operating from our Caloundra HQ, where our precision meets passion.

The Role: Administrator / eCommerce Coordinator
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, structure, and making a real impact.
You'll be in the engine room of our webstore, as the first contact to our business – whilst owning bothday-to-day operationsandmanaging our eCommerce webstore, includingsocial media & website uploadsandorder fulfilment.
If you're sharp, upbeat, and great at getting things done without needing constant direction, you'll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the eCommerce webstore with photographing, updating and listing new product lines.
Oversee and handle customer orders, order relevant stock to fulfil orders and dispatch these in timely manner.
Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to improve operational performance
General administrative support: emails, calls,



travel bookings, calendar management
Serve as a reliable support function across departments, fostering cohesion in a fast-paced team
What You Bring
Experience inoperations, administration, or EA roleswhere you've got proven success
Excellent knowledge ofShopify; experience withZenDesk(or similar CRM systems) is also valued
High attention todetail
