Edison Radiology is a brand new comprehensive, radiologist-led diagnostic imaging practice opening in Mount Waverley (launching August ****!).
This is your opportunity to join from the ground up as we build a radiology clinic known for accurate, reliable diagnostics with exceptional patient and referrer experience.
Our sonography service is built around the Philips Epiq Elite, one of the most advanced ultrasound platforms available, supporting general, vascular, obstetric and MSK examinations reviewed and reported by our on-site consultant radiologists.
The Role
As a Sonographer at Edison Radiology, you will perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations across general, abdominal, vascular, obstetric and MSK indications.
You will work as part of our experienced sonographer team, and the broader clinical team to deliver imaging of the highest diagnostic quality, with every study reviewed by an on-site radiologist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a broad range of indications
Provide a patient-centred experience — compassionate, clear, and professional
Maintain image quality standards, documentation and accreditation requirements
Liaise effectively with the reporting radiologist and referring clinicians
Contribute to protocol development and quality improvement initiatives
Support training and mentoring as the team grows

Competency across general, abdominal, vascular, MSK and obstetric ultrasound.

About the Team
You will work under the leadership of an experienced Sonographer.
Clinical oversight is provided by the Clinical Lead and Consultant Radiologist, with studies reviewed and reported by our on-site radiologist team.
