Loan Support Officer — Pathway to Mortgage Broker
BlueCherry Home Loans is a boutique finance broking company specialising in mortgage and commercial lending.
We're known for exceptional customer service, and we're growing — so we're looking for a new team member to join us.
This is a full-time role for someone motivated and eager to learn.
We're looking to develop the right candidate into aMortgage Broker, with genuine career progression on offer as our business grows.
What you'll do:
Manage loan applications from lodgement through to settlement
Prepare servicing calculations
Liaise with lenders and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the loan process
What we're looking for:
Banking experience (essential)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Enthusiasm, confidence, and a proactive attitude
Full training and mentoring provided
A clear pathway to becoming a Mortgage Broker or Credit Analyst
