We are seeking enthusiastic and driveninternsto join The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne's internship program.
This fixed-term internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in luxury hospitality and gain hands‐on experience across key hotel departments.
As an intern, you will support operational teams while developing practical skills, contributing to memorable guest experiences, and understanding the world‐class standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand.
Key Responsibilities
Support department teams in executing projects and initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
Contribute ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
About You
Currently enrolled in a Business or related degree.
Passionate about luxury hospitality and eager to build a career in the industry.
Excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and fast‐paced environment.
