Finance and Administration Manager
Part Time 3–4 Days
Are you a commercially minded Finance and Administration Manager who enjoys improving systems just as much as balancing the books?
We're looking for an experienced finance professional to join our Head Office team and play a key role in the next exciting stage of our business.
This is far more than a traditional Finance and Administration Manager position—you'll be instrumental in helping us evolve our finance function, improve business reporting, and lead the migration to a current financial management system.
You will have successfully implemented or migrated finance or ERP systems and enjoy working in a business where you'll work across finance, operations and systems, with genuine variety in your work.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager and forming part of our Management Team, you'll oversee the company's finance function while helping shape the future of our financial systems and reporting capability.
As our business continues to grow, we're investing in stronger financial systems and reporting capabilities to support better decision-making across the organisation.
Your role will include:




Leading all financial management, reporting and compliance activities
Managing cash flow, payroll, accounts payable and receivable
Delivering meaningful financial reporting and business insights
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision making
Overseeing inventory financial integrity and process improvements
Lead the selection, implementation and optimisation of our new finance/ERP platform, improving reporting, controls and operational efficiency
Identifying opportunities to automate and improve business processes
Working closely with managers across Operations, Production, Sales and Administration
About You
You'll be an experienced Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Accountant who enjoys rolling up your sleeves while also thinking strategically.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience leading or playing a significant role in a finance or ERP system migration (essential)
Strong financial management and commercial accounting experience
Excellent knowledge of Australian payroll and financial compliance
Management of administrative functions
Advanced ERP and financial systems experience
Strong Excel and reporting skills
A continuous improvement mindset




Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business
CPA/CA qualification (or working towards) is highly regarded
