The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end project logistics operations, including breakbulk, heavy lift, out-of-gauge (OOG), and specialised cargo movements.
Coordinating international and domestic freight across air, sea, road, and project cargo operations.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, transport providers, overseas agents, ports, and key stakeholders.
Negotiating competitive freight rates and managing supplier and subcontractor performance.




Planning and executing complex logistics projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and on-time delivery.
Ensuring compliance with all operational, safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
Preparing accurate quotations, project costings, documentation, and ensuring timely invoicing through CargoWise.
Monitoring project performance, managing operational risks, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Supporting business development initiatives, including supplier engagement and occasional international travel.
Working collaboratively with the Operations Supervisor to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
You will also possess:
Proven experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or heavy-lift/project cargo operations.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
High attention to detail and sound financial awareness.
Experience using CargoWise (essential).
