We're looking for an experiencedConstruction Managerto provide technical leadership and support to our site supervisors, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and our company quality expectations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong construction knowledge who enjoys solving problems, mentoring site teams, and maintaining high standards across multiple projects.
Your responsabilities
Provide technical support and guidance to Site Supervisors throughout the construction process.
Ensure all construction works comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, approved plans, specifications, and relevant legislation.
Assist supervisors with construction sequencing, detailing, plan interpretation, and resolving on-site issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, compliance, and safety.
Identify construction defects and non-compliant work, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.
Support and promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, SWMS, JSA requirements, PPE, and secure work practices.
Mentor and develop supervisors to improve site performance, communication, and construction knowledge.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures.
Deliver toolbox talks and contribute to ongoing compliance and safety training.

What you'll bring
Extensive residential construction knowledge with a thorough understanding of construction methods and best practice.
Strong working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and residential building regulations.
Experience managing or supporting multiple residential construction sites.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, trades, subcontractors, and clients.
A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
Current White Card.
Current Driver's Licence.
Trade qualification, Builder's Licence, or relevant construction qualification.
Experience in residential construction management or site supervision.
