Assistant Store Manager/2IC – Warragul
We're on the hunt for a high-energy, people-driven 2IC to support the Store Manager at ASN Warragul and help make the store the beating heart of the local fitness community.

This isn't your standard retail role.
As the Store Manager's right-hand person, you'll help lead the team from the front, deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, coach and develop team members, and create an environment where customers feel supported, educated, and excited to come back.
You'll also play a key role in building community connections, supporting in-store events, and ensuring the store operates at its best every day.
**Roster includes one weekend day per week as part of a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

The Role
In this role, you will be assisting the Store Manager with the the store's day-to-day activities.




You will be active in the community and passionate about helping your customers and your team reach their full potential!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective running of the store
Monitoring and ensuring high levels of customer service
Develop, train and motivate your team to increase productivity
Drive sales to meet store budget and targets
Develop strategies and processes to ensure continuous improvement
Local marketing and networking to improve sales
About You
Be passionate about health, fitness, and supplements
Have hands‐on supplement knowledge and personal belief in using them daily
Bring strong retail sales experience (management preferred)
Have asales‐oriented mindset, you know how to sell, upsell, and cross‐sell
Be confident, engaging, and able to connect with all walks of life
Lead with enthusiasm, accountability, and a proactive attitude
