Job DescriptionRembrandt Living is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers with aged care experience across all areas of the Adelaide Metro Area, including the Fleurieu Peninsula, to provide services and assistance to elderly clients in their homes, increasing their independence and autonomy.

Assisting with services such as personal care, transport, general house cleaning, and shopping.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must;
Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support in Aged Care is essential for Support Workers
Be compassionate, empathetic, and caring in nature with a genuine interest in respecting the uniqueness of each individual, as well as their wants and needs.
Have experience working in Aged Care in the community
Adhere to protected work practices and Rembrandt Policies
Have excellent communication skills - as an organisation that supports culturally and linguistically diverse care recipients,



we equally support a culturally and linguistically diverse workforce.
Have a willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical.
Current Australian Driver's licence and a registered and roadworthy vehicle with Comprehensive Car Insurance.
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate is essential

Job Responsibilities
Support clients in achieving their goals as outlined in their person-centred plans.
Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to supervisors.
Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients to appointments and activities.
Uphold the dignity, privacy, and rights of clients at all times.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
