About the position:
As a Sales Associate you will play a key role in prospecting and assisting the team with lead generation and customer services.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Prospecting calls (cold and warm) and door knocking to build relationships with potential clients
Supporting your team with open homes and private inspections
Attending appointments throughout the selling process
Nurturing our clients and making follow up calls
Maintaining and growing a clean and detailed database of clients in our CRM system
Delivering printed marketing and promotional flyers to our key areas
Always ensuring exceptional client services in a professional manner
What we are looking for:
Sales experience is highly regarded (Real Estate related or not)
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
A 'can-do and will-do' attitude while using your own initiative
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional presentation
Eagerness to learn and help the team where needed
Clean Driver's licence and own reliable car
